What is the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order ships, we’ll send another email and SMS containing a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime in the Order History section of your Zenvora account.


Can I change my order?

We can make changes to orders only if they have not yet been processed for shipping. To request a change, please contact our support team via the Contact Us form or the Live Chat on our website as soon as possible.


Do you accept returns?

Returns & Exchanges

Yes, Zenvora accepts returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must have been purchased from the Zenvora online store

  • The item must be unused and unopened (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Original packaging, seals, and tags must be intact

  • The return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery

How do I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled after 72 hours from the time of purchase, unless the wrong item was ordered.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 72 hours of placing it. After this period, order processing or production may begin, and payment cannot be reversed.

Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.


How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking information. Simply click the tracking link provided to monitor the progress of your shipment.


Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update your delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact Us form to request the change.
